He was the dr for all three of my children, and by far the best I could imagine.
Simply incredible and the best! Soo blessed to have him take care of my son. Extremely sad to see him retire. Wishing him all the best.
We used Dr. Kapasi for sons. I thought he was one of the best at the practice. That was until I saw another patient start seeing him that needed to on ADHD and anxiety meds. I learned a very different side of him. He is all about pleasing the parents versus what is right for the children. He should never be allowed to prescribe children controlled substances that's all I will say...
My 3 kids have been patients of TX Children’s since birth (my oldest is 12). Their primary is Vadala, but one day my son was scheduled with Dr. Kapasi. My son had a severe ear infection & Dr. Kapasi ordered the nurse to flush his ear with water. I first thought doc knows best. I stopped the torture while my son was screaming in pain. I was furious, and talked to the office mngr, finding lthe nurse didn’t know his ear hurt, and it wasn’t in the chart. My son remains tramatised & still talks about
Dr. Kapasi is an amazing pediatrician to my 4 children age raging from newborn to 18 yrs old. We are blessed to have him in our lives. If I could have it my way I would ask for him to please not retire until our youngest becomes an adult. Haha! He’s like family to us and has been there through it all.
Doctor is great BUT I am a physican and had to call 10 times for my son to get a signature fro school to adminster his med for bronchospasm and told by nurse manager that meeting is more important than bronchospasm. God bless this practice . the kid is wheezing and from 8 am and had sent 2 forms and still only one form signed. They need education and a manager who is working for the patients . the doctor needs to know that the system of their office needs to change.
Dr. Kapasi is the best doctor in the whole world. I cannot express enough how much I truly love this man. He was my doctor all through my childhood. I have taken my kids to him since they were born. My kids are 9 and 12. I always tell him that is cannot retire until my kids are adults. He is so knowledgeable. He is always spot on. He is so caring and loving. I have suffered with terrible asthma throughout my life. He was the only doctor that ever helped me and knew exactly what to do. I love him
I have used him for 24 yrs. He has always been spot on with three kids. He is loving and remembered them from the first time he treated them. He is very concerned and trusts what you as the parent has to say. He realizes that the parent knows their child better than anyone and takes into consideration what we have to say. I would never change pediatricians. In fact he still sees my grown kids and I dread changing Drs in them.
