I met Dr. Winter today for the first time and he was very kind and he knows his stuff! I didn’t feel rushed, he took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the results.

Dr Winter is a highly competent practitioner. My eye surgery was conducted with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Pre surgery analysis of my condition was impressive. I particularly found that I was given extensive and understandable information to make my own decision on whether to accept surgery.
