Love Dr. Wines and his staff. The negative comment about the office staff is surprising to me as I love all of them! The 3 girls that work their now are amazing! Megan is so warm and always greets me with a smile! There is a new girl that they hired that works with Megan and she is just as inviting. Crystal, the office manager, I don't see much except for when she pops out of her office every once in a while to say hi. Dr. Wines is a breathe of fresh air. Dr. Wines is a miracle worker! His staff is awesome! His receptionist has always managed to "work me in" to their schedule when I need to see Dr. Wines. Also, I appreciate her genuine care and concern. I have been to see Dr. Wines when I was in so much pain that the staff had to come to help me out of the car and into the office. After my adjustment from Dr. Wines and exercises that the tech performed on me, I was able to walk out on my own totally pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Wines to EVERYONE looking for a chiropractor! He has adjusted myself and my children for 3 years now. I appreciate how much time he spends during our appointments making sure we are feeling better and not making us feel rushed out. He and his staff have always been very helpful, professional and personable!

While Dr. Wines seems well educated, skilled, knowledgeable and thorough in chiropractic care, the office is not well run. The receptionist is often out with personal problems that she shares with all the patients or on the phone when she is in the office. When she is absent, Dr. Wines runs around trying to be both provider and front desk attendant and your care feels slighted. I highly recommend Dr. Wines. I had a hip replacement several years ago that did not go well. After years of pain I decided to find a better Dr. I lucked out when I found Dr. Wines because he is amazing and he has the most incredible manners. He is extremely polite and he even called the evening after my first back adjustment to see how I was doing. His staff is wonderful and they are always so kind and polite.
