Dr. Tsai always takes time to fully explain any finding and the options whether it’s glasses or surgery. He is very kind, caring and honest about pros and cons of my options.
He's a knowledgeable doctor and knows my history.
I have been with St Paul Eye Clinic since the early 2005. I'm happy with the Clinic . Dr Tsai is excellent and has my complete trust .
I felt VERY rushed. After a very short visit Dr. Tsai said "I'll see you next year." I asked "what about my eyes?" I'll have to change doctors. BTW, I've seen 2 other Dr.s and been very happy with them.
