Dr Stevenson fixed a spinal problem I have had all my life, he is an amazing surgeon and has a lovely manner, he was very reassuring when I was fearful of having the operation. I can't speak highly enough of him. Update - the 12 months x-ray showed that I have a perfect repair with the bone graft grown into the prosthesis as it should and 95% of the nerve damage in my legs has healed. In my experience with Dr Stevenson, I found him very careful, patient, attentive and professional. He showed care and rigor in making and explaining my diagnosis and in planning my treatment, which was a C4-C7 posterior cervical decompression. When you've had excruciating nerve pain for months that feels like someone is tasering your lumbar spine over and over and it shoots down your legs. When opening your mouth to bite food or putting moisturiser on your face causes electric shock sensations in your lower spine!! Dr Aaron Stevenson is a very skilled surgeon. He has great attention to detail and has helped me greatly. Even though the surgery was a bit tricky the outcome was great and recovery very quick.
