Great dentist. Great staff.
I have had a wonderful experience using Dr. Perkins and his staff. His front office is the best and always very helpful and pleasant. His DH. Susan Merrifield is the best and has been doing my cleanings for years. I have needed to contact the Dr. on an emergency situation and he called me back immediately. I would recommend this office to anyone...............kind. caring. timely and thoughtful.
Dr. Perkins is ok but his office staff are horrible. The women who work the front desk are rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to the patients. Forget about calling and requesting an emergency appointment. They act like their teeth are the ones getting pulled if you do. Dr. Perkins should really spend some time training his front desk staff on customer service. Their behavior was enough for me to switch dentists.
