Dr. Kern seems to be on autopilot. He never thought to lower my dad’s BP med after my dad retired, even after he passed out from low BP! He ordered pre op X-rays for eye surgeries but never mentioned a cancerous growth that progressed for years before my dad was rushed to the ER. When my dad was in his 80s & living independently after my mom passed away, he asked for a handicap placard so he could park closer at the grocery store because of his bad knees. Very disappointed by how I was treated by Dr Kern. I had some disagreements with him after being a patient for over 10 years and instead of trying to give me a call or saying why don’t you come in and we will talk, he also sends this generic letter stating he is no longer going to be my doctor. As you everything revolves around money and his reputation so I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised. Completely unacceptable treatment of his patients. Very poor communication skills.

If Dr. Kern knew have the front staff treats his patients, I would think he would want to fire all of them. Not a friendly smile or hello when you get to the front desk. If you have to deal with the WORST office manager CLAUDIA good luck. I have never heard of an office manager NOT letting you talk to your own Dr. CLAUDIA is doing just that. VERY unprofessional office manager. Some one I would not have working for me. Such a good Dr. with such a ROTTEN staff. Good luck to him.

Very unprofessional nurse practitioner Irene. Making extensive errors on prescriptions. Kern instead of getting rid of Irene cuts off the patient from having a doctor patient relationship! Un believable how you can keep such an incompetent nurse.
