WARNING about Dr. Aaron New in Victoria, TX I want to publicly expose Dr. Aaron New (2705 Hospital Drive, Suite 402B, Victoria, TX 77901) for dishonest behavior. In July, I sold and shipped a Coach bag to him through eBay. He received the bag but refused to pay properly and instead pushed me to cover extra shipping fees. I ended up paying $80 in shipping costs, and now he keeps the bag without returning it or offering any explanation. This is nothing less than fraud and abuse of trust. Dr. New, Ms. Gilley are exceptional on answering your questions and getting back to you after you call. I trust them and they are professional. Other urologists I tried don't even answer phone calls but Dr News office is exactly what you need when you are going through very hard things concerning your health. I appreciate them! (They treated my wife Pam)

Dr New is great. But it's his staff needs a overhaul. Lazy n rude. Can't seem to even a phone call. And I'm told, "we're busy" and there's literally 3 people in the lobby

I left messages to return my call and no one would call me back until I called my doctor’s office and told them about the problem. I also asked my doctor’s office to contact them and let them know I wanted to cancel my appointment and find another urologist because Dr. New’s office staff would not return my calls. It was apparent they weren’t checking the messages because I tried leaving another message with Dr. New’s office and the box was full.
