I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at my appointment after a 45 minute drive to find out there had been a misunderstanding (or not sure what--they could see I did have an appointment but someone had deleted it). I was even more let down when the made me reschedule for a week later so I could do the drive all over again. I really would have thought that since I arrived on time, they could see that I did have an appointment, and it was clearly not my fault that it was deleted that there could have been more of an effo... read more
