Aaron has been, and continues to be, brilliant with our daughter.
The receptionist Helen is incredibly rude and condescending. She also claims that my Medicare card “never works” and didn’t even make the claim for me, so I have to claim it myself which takes longer, and their services are already incredibly overcharged so being $400 out of pocket isn’t ideal for a single mum. Dr Easterbrook was great the first appointment but subsequent appointments weren’t really helpful. Dr Aaron, is an absolute brilliant specialist, fantastic with my son, and also explaining his medical approach in an easy understanding manner
Has been really helpful, and managed to get us in within weeks when we needed it even though another paed that we had seen previously couldn’t fit us in for 6 months. Listened to us and reports from other professionals. Very happy.
