“Worst Experience with Dr. Clark and His Assistant Teresa Jones – Completely Unprofessional” “I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Clark and his assistant, Teresa Jones. After undergoing two major neck surgeries, I’m still dealing with severe pain and debilitating symptoms, and neither Dr. Clark nor Teresa Jones took my concerns seriously. I repeatedly expressed that I was experiencing numbness in my hands and feet and unbearable pain, but instead of addressing my symptoms, they ignored them and delayed essential... read more

I acquired a staph infection, and had to have my 8-level c-spine surgery redone about 30 days post op of that procedure—all 8 levels of cervical spine hardware was replaced. I recently had a spinal laminectomy performed by Dr. Aaron Clark, and the experience with him was exceptional. Dr. Clark is a remarkable surgeon—highly skilled, conservative in his approach, and widely regarded as one of the top spine specialists in the country. However, getting an appointment with him was an incredibly frustrating ordeal, requiring a significant amount of time and patience. This issue isn’t a reflection on Dr. Clark himself but highlights a serious problem within the UCSF system, where prospective patients ... read more

Dr. Clark provided expert care of my spine. Two surgeries in 2023, and I'm good to go. He's an incredibly warm and patient surgeon. Teresa, PA absolutely made the experience even better. Smart, kind and very responsive to my many, many concerns.
