In managing medical affairs for my disabled brother, Dr. Brothers is an overbooked provider and the scheduling staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks on my request to secure an appointment for which they keep rescheduling without conversation.
I have seen Dr Silverstein for 40 yrs wen I had a kidney stone he got rid of everything all in one shot, these people now at the urologist can't do anything right I have a kidney stone they say they got it all but I have been going thru this one stone for 4 months now and they can never get it out I'm so sick of this pain and these Drs ....Dr Silverstein come back please I'm begging you..
