I really like this doctor for my ADHD, but they have an outside phone service that they use to answer the phone and schedule appointments. These people are rude and rush me everytime I call. I had to wait 3 months to get in, and then they canceled my appointment a couple days before because they said they are only doing zoom appointments now for COVID. I said, "That's fine.
