Dr. Taneja is the gold standard for treatment of movement disorders. I've been receiving treatment for cervical dystonia since 2004. And I am blessed to have received treatment from "the best of the best" from East coast to West. I fortunately landed in the office of Dr. Taneja in Dallas several years ago. I guess she qualifies as "The Best of the best of the best." I recommend without hesitation.
Dr. Taneja provided me with an official diagnosis of Parkinson's about 3 years ago. Her exam was thorough and she explained the various stages of Parkinson's; the types of symptoms that I may experience and available treatments. She encouraged me to participate in my treatment by educating myself about the disease. I had 3 appointments with Dr Aanchal Taneja for Tardive Dyskinesia. During the first visit I shared that I had tried Austedo, Ingrezza and Propranolol with my psychiatrist with no improvement, but she wanted me to try the Austedo again. Which I did. During the second appointment, I was at 48 mg of Austedo without improvement and she suggested botox injections in my tongue.
