I appreciate the thoroughness with which Dr. Ahmad reviews my medical history, including any relevant tests. I appreciate having these folks as part of my care team!
Update to 3-star review: the day after my review below, Tuesday, the office finally called my husband back and let him know his prescription would be sent for his supplies. We received a tracking number today, Thursday. If they had not needed a bad review to motivate them to do their basic job, I would have great things to say about this office. Ensuring basic medical needs shouldn’t take this much effort. We have two insurance coverages and the request was not a hard one. I still consider this fairly poor patient care, but ... read more
