AVOID AT ALL COSTS they never answer their phone lines and if they do answer by some miracle they put you on hold for hours.The receptionists needs to be fired
I had a good experience! Everyone was very gentle and caring!
Although for my consults I did have to wait a while in the waiting area, Dr. Dhaliwal was worth the wait. I was extremely nervous the day of my surgery, upper bleph, and Dr. Dhaliwal put my mind at ease immediately. He chatted through the procedure and I HONESTLY never felt a thing. The freezing just felt like "hot dots" touching me. The rest was no discomfort at all. I got my stitches out today, the 6th day, and have minimal bruising. The doctor said I did good icing! It’s sooo frustrating to talk to the front desk and get through this office as they never bother answering phone. I have been calling from past 2 weeks and I have called multiple times in morning, afternoon, but they never ever bother answering phone. It happened to me all the time(in last year, earlier this year and recently). Super frustrating.
Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit however I find both the staff and Dr. Dhaliwal to be teriffic.
