This clinic is so efficient and such caring staff. A pleasure to go.
He seems to get all the local referrals, including from the Cambridge Hospital, and in my opinion, decides what care you get based on how he feels about you or perhaps woke funding that I can't say for sure, and not your symptoms, since the inaction appears deliberate. Dr. Pandey is an Amazing Cardiologist! He is the reason I am still alive today!! I started seeing this thorough, caring, Specialist in 2017. I just spent three hours at his exceptionally run, well organized, friendly, and well Staffed Clinic with the most Professional Caring People I have ever met in a Doctors Environment in my life time on Friday April 4th! The staff there were top notch so I have no problems with them. In his care I received 2 phone calls and never saw him once. In 2023 I had a triple bypass. This was the first time I have been contacted about anything. I have had two heart attacks one in 2021 and the other in 2022. No contact from him at all.
I had a terrible experience with the supervisor, Toni, at this location. This so-called "supervisor" harassed my 81-year-old father this morning, demanding that he return a heart monitor—despite the fact that he explained we were snowed in. Instead of understanding the situation, she insisted that he find someone else to bring it in, regardless of the dangerous weather conditions.
