I would give my experience a five star rating. My two implants and lower denture are very successful and diligently installaed by Dr. Placella. His patience and application to fitting the denture was an experince in reconstructive dentistry par excellence. The patient must have patience and endure some pain afte the initial extractions and operation, but the eventual result is very satisfactory. I can even chew thin pork crackling now!!
