I give 1 star for at least the knowledge on how not to be and how not to treat people. I am very very disappointed in this Company who allows young children In my case Specifically young black boys & girls to fall through the cracks. I was recommended by a former therapist of my child's to her. It literally took 3 years for her to see him and get him assigned to someone. They don't return phone calls, they lie and say they did. I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is absolutely unprofessional! Had our first appt with T. Edwards on 02/20 at 8 pm. I called prior to the appointment to confirm how a virtual therapy would work and was assured that prior to the apt id receive and email and a call. When I never received an email or a call by 8 I became worried so when 8:02 came around and I called to see if I’d missed something, they said they’d reach out to the provider and call me back. I enlisted the services of DQS about 1 year ago for an evaluation. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone who knew what they were doing, Derrick was perhaps the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with, the guy had no clue how to even schedule appointments or get pertinent information.
