Always have a bad experience here. The techs are all so aggressive and rude.
I hadn't gotten my nails professionally done in 10 years but wanted to treat myself for engagement pictures. I had a good experience when I went to get a dip manicure and pedicure. When I went back to get the dip removed, she filed way too much on my natural nails and even went through one. I didn't know any better until I was bleeding.
