Went 25 minutes before close, doors were locked, drive thru didn’t work and no one at window. Why shutdown almost 30 before close
Very disappointed, I could have gone to a buffet dinner for 2 for what I paid for 2 ice creams and 1 meal to share. Plus we were shorted chicken tenders, fries were raw, I ask for water never got that. It's 93 degrees out side. Was difficult getting in from main st. So I could not return to complain. I should have realized when I was the only car in the drive through. This was my birthday dinner with my son.

My family usually puts our order in on the app and I go and pick up our ice cream. On multiple occasions the staff just hands me the blizzards with no lid and no carrier. Good thing it’s for my family, otherwise I would be given open containers of ice cream to give some else (like if it’s for Uber or DoorDash). Like, just put a lid on to-go items unless asked not to.
