We had units installed by this dealer and now we cannot get in contact with anyone from the parts or service department. We have called over 10 times in the last few months with multiple voicemails and nothing. Very inconvenient since we would love to give them a shot.

Horrible vendor. I would definitely not recommend this vendor. Have been working with them for the last year, and they have no clue what they are doing. I highly recommend you find a more reputable vendor.
