Dr. Samuels is a wonderful doctor.Unfortunately, he is only one person.His staff, has absolutely no regard for you as a patient. It is not their responsibility to do anything more than be a cardboard figure...that talks the talk. Probably, if Dr. Samuels had more time to stay in the office, he would understand better. If you can see him, I would. But, the other staff in the office lacks, professional ethical standards.
