My Husband, Thomas Chavez, worked for DPR for 3yrs, before his death 2/6/03. He was a Journeyman with the Local Carpenters, here in Colorado Springs, CO. He really liked this company a lot. I have to agree. The way they motivate their employees & treat them, is different from most Union companies. I still have Lots of DPR Safety Dollars, Hehe. My Husband had a whole drawer full of them. This was definitely one of the companies he enjoyed working for.
