DPM took over the management of our building the last year that we lived there. They have been excellent to work with - kind, personable and informative in their communication, and they went out of their way to work with us when we wanted to switch units in the same building before our lease was up. Thank you for everything, DPM!
They are a really good company. Understanding landlords. Pay my rent on time and I don’t hear much problems in the building I’m in. The noise levels were quiet past bed time & any issues with maintenance were looked at/fixed within a couple days . Nothing bad to say about these people at DPM, except that they are leaving our building as managers :(
I rented from DPM for about four years. They were nothing short of exceptional and professional. I would highly recommend Jason and his team.
