First off this company is the biggest crook. Very bad about telling the truth. They are only out for money. They will raise you rent every year and it’s no wherein the lease that tells you that. You find out on your own. They do not care if you are on disability and have a fixed income. They are sakes in the grass waiting to strike to get all they can from you. I would never suggest this company to anyone unless they are just desperate and need housing. If you rent from them, I would make it a temporary thing and continue to look elsewhere. All of the staff, including Property Managers, Regional Managers, Owners, Etc, think your integrity level is zero, regardless of any type of disability you may or may not have. Very short staffed. The lady that runs the Rockwood offices is so rude, every time I have went over there to check if they have an opening all she is doing is smokes and if you ask her a question she will get smart with you. She is nasty! Unwelcoming
