I would give them a 5 for the initial design and install. I would give them a 1 for post install service and support - I can't even get routine service calls or emails answered. I guess that "averages" out to a 3

Recently (Over the last year) Got two significantly sized systems installed by DPI. Have known Josh for years, first time customer, also Ex Solar business owner and current contractor - so have grasp of what they are doing. Totally satisfied with the current performance this season. The process was not smooth but extenuating circumstances happen. The pricing was on par and straight forward; the most straight forward we received. Great company with good communication throughout the project. The best past is the support after the project was completed and paid they are still there to work on the small details. A+

Our power went out and in switching over to the solar system, I found that I did something incorrectly. I called Josh and, much to my surprise, he headed right over to help me. I was so pleasantly surprised - you simply don’t find that level of service. Reliable, awesome product, and incredible service. Highly recommend!
