Our power went out and in switching over to the solar system, I found that I did something incorrectly. I called Josh and, much to my surprise, he headed right over to help me. I was so pleasantly surprised - you simply don’t find that level of service. Reliable, awesome product, and incredible service. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a Solar Power System installed by DPI Solar in 2016. We have been very pleased with the quality and operation. We contacted Josh Kopczynski at DPI in order to discuss a potential installation of a Battery Back Up System and/or possible increase on solar cells. A big thank you and thumbs up to Erik at DPI Solar! He spent over an hour on the phone walking me through a reset on our monitoring system. He was kind and patient even when I had forgot the correct password and we had to start over. The system was working fine but we changed internet companies, so it kicked the monitoring off line. I should also say that the whole process of installing the Solar went very smoothly. Josh helped us get our system back up and running. It’s an Auric system and had stopped reporting. We were frustrated because Auric left Oregon and they weren’t responding to our requests for help. Josh at DPI was AMAZING! He was so helpful! He walked us through, step by step, to do what we needed to do to so he could accurately identify the problem. Once identified, he found the replacement parts for us and instructed us how to remove defective parts and install new parts. All done over the phone so we didn’t have to incur ... read more
