Dirk is SUPER helpful and knowledgeable, this is my first time lifting a vehicle, and I felt really supported. I must've called him half a dozen times during the build.The parts of my XJ Ultimate kit are high quality, they were delivered way faster than expected. I feel like he really embodies under-promise and over-deliver.
I cannot express how awesome Dirk and his folks are at DPG. I've ordered a few kits as well as small parts from then over the years and the experience has been amazing. The personal service as well as experienced advice is so rad. As long as I've have a Jeep they'll get my business .
10/10 on customer service. Dirk and the people at Dpg took excellent care of me and my order, fast delivery and dirk was very informative about how the products work and how the quality is higher than a lot of other brands, I highly recommend taking the time to call and chat with him to make sure your order best fits your rig
