My son went in for an exam on May 14, 2023. Today, November 22, 2025 I received a *final* notice for billing and a notice that I was going to be sent to collections if not paid. This was in fact the *first* notice I was ever sent, 2 years, 6 months, and 8 days later: no letters, emails, or phone calls were ever received by me until today. We had a great experience with DPD Smiles. Our 5 year old had to go in to get multiple cavities fixed. Their stuff was very professional and kind, and made my daughter feel comfortable in a scary situation for her. I would highly recommend them!
We came in for a regular cleaning for our child. Dr. Claire was great with him. Very kind and took the time to explain what she was doing!
We’ve always had a wonderful experience at DPD Smiles! The hygienists and dentists are great at working with children. They have so many accommodations in place to help my daughter when she was nervous for her first appointment. Now she loves going to the dentist!
