We love it!!! However recently they have started a call ahead where you can call and you would be on a wait list when you arrive. However the other night we watched approx 4 parties who left because when they saw so many empty tables empty and were told they were all being held. I feel this restaurant is too small to do this. You have plenty of people who have gone there from day 1 and it is discouraging to hear "sorry but there are no tables" when they are looking at a lot if empty tables. You can find the fresh, lovely eating experience here. A quiet setting, the best Italian food this side of "the North End" in Boston. Starting with their salad, comes lightly dressed, still warm from oven bread, full loaf. Then the meal, chicken, veal, fish, specials, eggplant parm....so many cant miss choices. Do give it a go! I always get a second meal with my doggie bag.
It's my Favorite Italian Rest. So cozy and delicious!! A Jem.
Just flew in and this was right down the street from our hotel and we were starving! Got sat right away and the food and atmosphere was wonderful! If you're visiting Winthrop definitely give it a try!
