Very very unprofessional! Never ever do business with these guys. I've never felt like we cared to them. I will let everyone I know to stay away from this realty group!

I leased a home from this company two years ago and I would not recommend them to anyone. My contract was incomplete, the agent Pam avoided texts and emails. The house we rented had two roof leaks that took at least a week to get repaired each time. The A/C unit went out twice and they took a week each time to have a repair person come out in 100 degree weather. They tried to blame us each time something was wrong with the house. I hired this company to manage a property for me about a 1 1/2 ago because I was out of state. I spoke directly with the owner Debbie thinking they would better services my needs verse a bigger company. Boy was I wrong. I constantly had to email and call the company for documents that should automatically be provided to me as the owner, such as repair expense. The service afforded me and my fiance by this company was abysmal. We indicated to Pam, one of the agents, that we wished to proceed with a property, but in her negligence, she did not respond, allowing another person to get the home. Had it not been for her inattentiveness, my family would be in a house we sought to call a home. I would not use this realtor again.
