I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I usually see Dr. Deshmukh, who is thorough and compassionate with her patients. Unfortunately, I was seen by Dr. Shukla this time, and the difference was night and day. Dr. Shukla was dismissive of my symptoms, brushing off my concerns despite my chest pain, persistent coughing, and extreme fatigue. It’s hard to understand how she could downplay these issues.
