The culture that DP carries is one of a kind. They actually care about their employees and is a company of their word. They set career paths so you keep moving forward. As long as you put the effort, you can count that they will too!

I've worked for a few companies and DP Electric is the best I have worked with. The team work in both the office and the field is amazing. It's not like working when you enjoy what you do. Proud to be a part of this company and its growth.
The best employer I have ever worked for. Even if they fired me I will tell you it is probably because I really messed up. The management team and foreman are very supportive and the arrogant attitude is highly frowned upon. If you want to be a great electrician this company has more educational tools then any place I have ever seen.
