Was served this zone with un-melted cheese in it. I asked a few days later if they could remake and I was told no. If you dont complain that night, nothing can be done. Its a sad because I am a frequent customer and it feels like my complaints to the night manager on 10/22/25 were completely dismissed. No empathy, no concern, ever scolded me by saying that cheese can be eaten raw so I have nothing really safety wise to complain about. He said because i waited so long, I was probably lieing. Zones are so good. Breads are so good. Everything on their menus is good, as long as it relates to italia or pizza in some way. But good lord those tater tots they have are literally the worst I’ve had in my entire life. Still getting that five star, I’m just spreading the word. I’d perhaps give them a 4.8, but that’s not an option. You want tots? Don’t go here, and I’ll be reluctant to try their wings now as well. But if you want the best Calzone you’ve ever had?
