I watched as three people who ordered after me get there food before and then I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. All because it was on top of the oven that no one bothered to look at that. And then when I got my food I did not even get a single "sorry." Really? And I called ahead wtf.
They have awesome zones and you can have them personalized to your liking with great customer service. They also have fast delivery if you don't feel like going anywhere. Highly recommend
DP Dough is legit for late night food. They're open late on weekends which is nice. They can get backed up on weekend nights but that's to be expected in Iowa city. SHOUT OUT!!

Service was horrible. Apparently 5 minutes is outside of their radius. So I placed my order online and drove down there, all before that had even printed my order and started making it, yet it's too far for them to deliver. Then while asking for info on how to contact corporate Amelia the manager turned and walked away. The staff was laughing at the situation. And the food wasn't even that great. If you don't deliver to the people that you don't get along with your business will soon pay the price. We have a whole building full of people that order carry out daily. That's lots of people in Iowa City spreading the word about your poor customer service. If we aren't good enough to order from work then we aren't good enough to order from home or make a stop in.

Staff needs to take crash course in customer service! Delivery service should not be excluded from an address because of a dispute with an employee. When I called today to get an order they said no more deliveries to that address.There is more than one business located at this address. There were several of us wanting to order today.
