Tried to place an order online and waited for over an hour. When I called to check on my order, it turns out that they never received it. The gal who answered my call said "Yeah our system just does that, and it never sends a confirmation email. This happens all the time." It was another 45 min wait to get dinner and 8:30 at night so we just passed on placing an order all together. What a disappointment!
