The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced while on the phone. Wait time was between 13-30 minutes after waiting 2 hours already. So I called just to make sure the ETA was accurate. Was told the time was actually another hour to hour and a half! I said “but that’s not what the ETA says” which in turn the representative told me “if the waits to long call another tow company”. They were very accommodating and punctual. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Had a few minor repairs done. The service was excellent and the turnaround period was very good. One of the jobs the even went the extra mile and cleaned my headlights which was very much appreciated.Good Job Guys.
