Great experience, very satisfied. Went in knowing I wanted a mattress but was not sure what I wanted. The whole experience here was easy, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy
Great experience with Dozy! I randomly came across them on Reddit and ended up purchasing a mattress the same day I visited their store. The staff were informative, confident, and made the whole process easy. I also really liked that everything is made in Canada. They scheduled the delivery for us, and we didn’t even have to pay until the mattress was delivered. Also, brownie points to the delivery guys for taking their shoes off before coming inside our house!!!
Dave was so helpful. Didn’t overly try to sell, just answered my questions and made recommendations accordingly. Over a year after my purchase and I’m so happy with my mattress (The Rosedale). Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are fed up with conventional mattress stores and don’t feel comfortable buying online!
Bought a King size Summerhill in 2024 and we are generally happy with it. I have now tried to visit the Queen street store twice in the past week to try out a softer Queen size mattress for a guest room and they've been closed both times, despite their hours saying they are open. One day I was waiting out in the pouring rain until 11:30 when they were supposed to be open at 11. I tried calling and they don't answer and they also don't have an answering machine.
