After an ankle fracture one month ago, I couldn’t get up the 2 flights of stairs to my bedroom and was sleeping on a sofabed in my basement. Trying to sleep in a leg cast is bad enough but after a few days my whole body ached from being on a sofabed. Bought a Richmond mattress in Queen size on Monday and was just delivered today, 48 hours later in Toronto In between the purchase and delivery I interacted with staff who were prompt, friendly and courteous and they took care of me in every way possible. I absolutely recommend Dozy!
I moved into a furnished apartment and the mattress was disgusting, so I looked around online for same day mattress delivery and found Dozy. I called them to make sure that it actually was same day delivery, and spoke to Dave, who was so nice and helpful, he checked for stock availability and explained the delivery process. I ordered the mattress immediately. It was delivered super fast as promised and the mattress itself is really comfortable. Overall, incredible service and a great product, highly recommend!
