The gym itself is good. We have had a membership for several years, however we dont go enough to justify paying. We called to tell them to cancel our membership. Was told it had to be done either in writing or through the website. Was a pain to find via the website. Now it is the third day of the month, we have now autopaid for this month. But wait.....we will also be billed for October because of a 30 day autorenewal B.S. policy. Very helpful staff. (Erin) Fun time and good rates.
Called about coming in for a lessons and when I showed up one of the workers laughed at me and said “number 1, you need gear. Number 2 we don’t even offer lessons like that” one of the weirdest interactions I’ve ever had. Kid was so rude.
