concise, empathetic and polite
Someone close to me had the absolute worst experience with this “Dr.”. She was unbelievably rude and ignored the patient who was dealing with something very serious. Then I was connect to 7 other people who also were patients of hers and said she was the same exact way with them. I am not a complainer but if you don’t like your job DON’T DO IT. because people like this woman puts people’s lives in danger. The job is about people’s lives Robin… not money.
