It makes me extremely sad to write this review but people need to know what's going on over at this practice. I am a third generation patient of Buckingham family Medicine and am officially seeking a new care provider after the way this practice has treated my husband's Lyme care. Extremely disappointed with this office. I’ve been a patient here since transitioning from my pediatrician, but after a gap in visits, I was told I had to be treated as a new patient. I scheduled an annual appointment, only for them to cancel it. When I tried to reschedule, my doctor was booked out a year and not accepting new patients. Other providers had the same issue. I've been going to this location since I was a teenager. I don't go often because I'm on a HSA plan and don't have any major problems. Despite being a patient for decades, I was told today that if I wanted to make an appointment, since I hadn't been in for three years, they'd be treating me as a new patient, and I couldn't be seen for at least a month. Not nice.
