I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. THEY DON'T FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TIMELY. AND NOW I GOT DENIED FOR A SURGERY CLEARANCE WHEN MY SURGERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR 8/28/25 BECAUSE MY SUGARS WERE HIGH YEAH THEY ARE HIGH BECAUSE YOU KEEP TAKING ME OFF MY INSULIN!!!!!! RUN!!!!! THEY ACT LIKE EVERYTHING THEY DO IS A FAVOR FOR YOU THEY MAKE SMART COMMENTS TO YOU AND HAVE HORRIBLE FOLLOW UP. THEN THEY ASK YOU TO SEE 3+ SPECIALISTS TO GET YOUR CARE. Was seen by Dr. A Smallwood, i felt that she was dismissive, unprofessional, and uncaring. She rushed through the appointment swiftly like she was checking off a box. She would ask me a question but then not give me a moment to answer. Horrible experience. The office staff is very friendly and helpful so I gave two stars instead of one.
I’m surprised by the low reviews. Sure, medical offices can get busy and service isn’t always perfect, but I’ve had excellent care with Dr. Welsh and her team. The nurses and prescription staff are great, and Dr. Welsh listens closely, digs into details, and genuinely cares. I always feel well looked after by her and her team. And my husband feels the same.
This practice is the worst! I have been waiting THREE WEEKS for a return call! Even after leaving a message with the “Office Manager” who seems to manage nothing! All I have done is chase them to try and get an answer to a simple question / message I left for Emilie Kulesza, NP. And god forbid you ask to see an MD, as they are NEVER available! I am done with this practice! They are so unprofessional, it’s pathetic!
