This is the worst facilty to try and get anyone to answer the phone or call back and if your lucky to get an appt next month. If you call mri 800 state st. You get answered immediately and appt within 2 weeks
I had my cardiac MRI today, I was so nervous and anxious coming in. From the moment I was checked in by lovely ladies at the front desk to the technicians that explained step-by-step and stayed with me to calm me down, my experience was very positive. It was a very long test, close to two hours, and I felt taken care of and safe. Facilitiy is very clean, zero wait time, I would highly recommend Doylestown MRI for your imaging needs. Thank you for taking care of me.
I am 33 weeks Pregnant w my first baby & needed an MRI. I was having trouble getting a hold of medical records, & being it was time sensitive, I was starting to worry. The receptionist, Cindy, was so patient & Kind. Went above & beyond to help me. I will forever be grateful. The whole team was very sweet.
They never answer the phone or return a call. Waste of time. Go elsewhere for imagining.
Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return your. When you do get them they schedule your MRI 3-4 weeks away. If I could go elsewhere I would.
