Awesome physician! He listens and asks questions.
Dr. Gould was super through. He took the time to ask various questions to gain an accurate account of my moms medical history. He took care and time to do a through checkup and was very good about discussing a plan of action for care. I would highly recommend him as a Doctor!
Dr. Kondan is he best all around doctor I have had in my 74 years of seeing doctors. He is very knowledgeable and always gets to the root issue of a problem. He is very caring and I have full confidence in him.

Dr Kondan has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my family. Never a wait. Never once is annoyed with any questions.
Dr. Kondan is very laid back in his approach to his appointments. He takes time to listen to reasons why you are there. My wife, daughter, and I have been seeing him for way over twenty years. I don't think we could find a more knowledgeable and caring doctor.
I agree with Terra, I’ve been a patient for over 2 years now. I was prescribed Tramadol for arthritis and back/shoulder pain because I stated this worked well for me. I have been trying to get a refill for 6 days now. I’ve been in withdrawal since the second day. I have called the office 3 times, left 2 messages and spoke to a receptionist. To put it bluntly, Richard has saved my life a few times. He is personable, can diagnose the heck out of what ails you, and is an all-around great guy. He won't rush your visit and takes as much time as needed to answer your questions.
I can't help but feel compelled to comment on the extremely negative review presented on May 7, 2020 by Terra Dawn Collins. Let me preface by saying I've been seeing Dr. Kondan for quite a few years, I won't offer a review here except to say it would echo the other accolades and positive opinions from all the other reviewers; keep that in mind when reading Ms. Collins vitriol...how can that one review be in such stark contrast compared to the other reviewers.
