Very unprofessional, did not appear knowledgeable nor empathetic (regarding both med assistant and dermatologist). She was in and out in 3 minutes. I heard the med assistant and dermatologist laughing about me because of my questions.
David Stein and his team are truly the best. I have suffered from psoriasis since I was a child. David and his team provided the best care, and helped me completely get rid of the psoriasis. Timely care, very understanding when I was a bit late. Couldn't have asked for better care.
Dr. Stein was very knowledgeable and kind during my visit. I had an excellent experience.
Have been going to this dermatologist for many years. I went to schedule my annual checkup and found out they were bought out. The front desk workers were never the most cheery of people, but the very short and rude receptionist said I had to fill out a new profile before I could schedule my exam. I had several questions, but In the middle of me asking if the form would be emailed to me, she just hung up. A month later, nothing came in the mail either. Needless to say, I am now seeing a new dermatologist!
Dr.Santoro was great highly recommend him!
