Doyle's deserves 7 stars because his motto is "whatever it takes" and today Chris and Zack crawled though a puddled house space with snakes to install a new air handler for my elderly mother. Incredible !!! work ethic and purpose... Heat waves are tough, especially when your loved ones have health issues. My mother called me Monday and said it was 85 in the house. Just avoid this company. They came out for a quote, and the next week when it warmed up again my AC stopped working. They came out again and fixed the problem which was some "loose wires," and he asked me if I had been in the attic area with the unit. I told him no and didn't give it much thought until after he left. The only person that went up there was him, so my free quote became a $150 service charge for his carelessness. I called Doyle after the electric company notified me that there may be a problem with my HVAC unit that caused my bill to drastically increase. Doyle sent someone ouse within 2 hours of my call. They were able to easily rectify the problem.
The heat went out in one of my rental units. I called them at 7am. The phone was answered right away, Mr. Doyle arrived before noon, and had the heat back up and running. As an added bonus, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Doyle's Heating and Air.
Highly recommend this company, used them multiple times for my HVAC issues. Always fast service and transparent. Chris is very knowledgeable and gives really good advice. They are my first call for any heating or cooling issues.
