Kim and Greig did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with my old hot water heater and installing the new one. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They got the job done!
We should have cleaned our ducts sooner 'cause they were real gross by the time we got around to having them done! The technicians were on time, communicated well, and were understanding when I had to herd my cats around the house for them to access all the floor vents. It was also very easy to book an appointment on the phone.

Don was very punctual and professional, He covered his shoes upon entering my house and told me all he had to do. it was a hot day, but no complaints from him at all. I did want to see all the stuff they pulled out of the vents after 50+ years, but the system was closed up. He said it was quite a bit.the house feels much cleaner now.
