This company has sales people going door to door to sell their products when it is single digits outside in the middle of winter. Not how you treat your employees and a great reflection of how you treat your customers. Disappointing.
Worst service imaginable. 0 customer service. They try to gouge you and steal your money.
Just because all telecomm companies are awful doesn't mean some can't be worse than others. They will not do ANYTHING for you, no matter what it is. Want a static IP? Better have a business account, because you will be chump change to these "people". Go elsewhere.
Did not show up for appointment that was scheduled three different times. 2 booked online one booked in person. Did not answer phone to resolve the problem. If I coukd guve 0 stars I would
