I had a terrible experience with Dr. Deborah J Doyle. I tried to contact her for 3 months after my appointment to get my test results. If you call her office you sit on hold or get passed around. She did call me once at 8:30 am and I missed the call because I was sleeping. She has no email and she is not on MyChart. As of today I have never received my test results.
I went to Dr. Doyle’s office for a problem that arose after I had a fall and fractured my nose. The office was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I tried for two days straight to get a response regarding results from a MRI I had with no response. Forget trying to get in touch with Dr. Doyle, which was impossible, I was transferred several times to the nurses office and left many messages. Dr. Doyle - I was hearing movement at random times in my right ear for the past 3 days. So I thought there had been a bug living in my ear but I was also afraid to go to the doctors. But when my friend said I should get it checked out in case the bug lays eggs or crawl inside my head, I made an appointment and was seen by Doc. Doyle.
