11/19/24 update: another great way to explore a class if you find the gym intimidating or if you're unsure about whether if it's the right fit for you then I would suggest signing up for a challenge. They always post them on Instagram and you can sign up and attend the class for the duration of the challenge. Doyenne is my favorite place! November will mark two years of me training here with Taylor. I’ve been a SAHM for 11 years so I am definitely an introvert. Before Doyenne I would struggle daily with anxiety. Doyenne has not only transformed my body but also my mind. i’ve been going to doyenne years now and i love it!! their energy and support has always been so positive and uplifting. the environment they have created is so empowering 💗 it’s more than a gym, it’s a safe space and a second home!
