We bought a second hand Impreza in Perth, buyer beware!! However thanks to Finn and Laurie and their technicians it is all good now, not an easy fix and an issue that had multiple causes. They worked through these systematically to resolve, we are very happy with their service, a top team there. Always quality work and great value and friendly service.

Took our ve ss in to get a check up was running a bit ruff they replace coils plugs and leads that had been replaced a 1 1/2 years ago $1800 still running rough!. Three of the plugs that they replaced were loose!they told us number 7 ejector was buggered was number 4. I feel like it’s very unprofessional workmanship don’t recommend

I drove from Perth to Albany and had an issue with a stop light fuse blowing. I had difficulty in working out where the fuse box was located as there are 2, one under the bonnet and the other one behind the glove box. I called into Dowsetts from a recommendation. I waited in the car park for them to open and prior opening was approached by Laurie who asked what I needed. My fuse box was located quickly and the fuse replaced in a matter of minutes. Great to get good old fashioned customer service. Thanks Laurie
