Thank you so much for your help and support. We’re travelling this huge state and our car was having problems with the engine light and then the spanner light coming on, after seeing two other mechanics in different places you guys diagnosed what was wrong, ordered the parts and had us back on the road the next day. So far the car is running smoothly, fingers crossed we have no more issues for the rest of our trip. We can’t thank you enough 😊

Awesome service at Dowsetts, they’re good blokes. Helped me out last minute Friday arvo, I noticed an issue on my way into Albany for the weekend they checked it out straight away with no booking and made sure I was good to go. Would go there again.

very disappointed in the service. When we arranged the appointment for a normal service, we ask if they could order a specific part to replace in the car. Over the phone they reassured us, that they will order the part and it will be there on time and if not they would call us. Today we came in and dropped of the car. In the afternoon the mechanic called to tell us the service is done but it would take that part, we preordered over the phone, 10 additional days to arrive in Albany. Needing an intermediate service whilst travelling "the big lap"? Finn at Dowsetts Automotive answered promptly and knew exactly what we needed (long distance towing) for our service. He squeezed our job in as we had a tight schedule and minimal options. Totally recommend Finn and the team at Dowsetts Automotive.

Had my 4wd serviced and repaired by Dowsett’s. Excellent communication and service. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
